Description

The PEACH Gemini PuraSep is a four stage horizontal gas filter-coalescer used for protecting critical equipment from solid and liquid contaminants that can cause damage and costly repairs. It has a high efficiency removal of 99.9% of solids and 99.5% of liquid contaminants 0.3 micron and larger.

Here’s how it works:

Efficient Solids Filtration and Coalescing (1st Stage):
Incoming liquids undergo a transformative journey, passing outside-to-inside through the initial section of the PGC cartridge. In this stage, solids are effectively filtered, and the coalescing process begins. The 1st stage successfully removes large liquid droplets, collecting them in a dedicated sump compartment.

Secondary Coalescing (2nd Stage):
The gas, accompanied by lighter coalesced liquids, proceeds into the 2nd stage area of the PGC cartridge. Here, a unique inside-to-outside flow induces a second round of coalescing, ensuring thorough purification.

Innovative Liquid Impingement Baffle (LIB):
Positioned strategically over the 2nd stage section, the specially designed LIB captures coalesced liquids along its surface. Gravity facilitates their separation, directing them into the 2nd stage sump compartment for easy collection.

Final Scrubbing Effect (4th Stage):
The LIB guides the gas flow to the end of the PGC cartridge, culminating in a final scrubbing effect. The result is a clean gas that exits the housing through the outlet nozzle, ready to meet the highest industry standards.
