QUALITY POLICY
To provide quality products and services in process filtration and separation, corrosion control, and ejector application for the Oil and Gas Industry. This shall be achieved by engaging competent, highly trained, and motivated personnel, using innovative technology to provide value that meets and exceed client’s expectation, and ensuring the continual improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 while complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with our strategic partners.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
Mountleigh Oil & Energy Limited (MOEL) is committed to preventing work related injury(ies) to workers and providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our employees and contractors.
MOEL believes that all injuries are preventable and that excellence in health and safety is the key to our long-term success. Therefore, we are committed to fulfilling legal requirements and compliance with governmental agencies, regulations, and industry best practices and will use audits to measure, share and improve our health and safety programs.
MOEL shall hold all levels of management accountable for providing a safe work environment and enforcing safe work procedures and practices. Management and supervisors will lead and demonstrate their commitment to health and safety by example and will ensure that the personnel that they are responsible for have the necessary knowledge to work safely.
MOEL shall consult with workers and provide adequate training to ensure employees are competent to do their work. All workers are required to give health and safety the same priority as productivity, environmental issues, or quality control. They must know and comply with applicable occupational health and safety requirements.
Workers have general responsibilities for their own health and safety and that of other persons. In addition, they have the responsibility to refuse unsafe work. Discriminatory action will not be taken against them for refusing to do unsafe work. MOEL shall hold workers accountable for not following safe work procedures and reporting unsafe acts and safety incidents. We will ensure timely follow-up to safety incidents.
Employee cooperation and compliance with the health and safety regulations, guidelines and procedures is a condition of employment at MOEL
COMMUNITY AFFAIRS POLICY
MOUNTLEIGH places paramount importance on industrial harmony and a good working relationship with the host communities wherever we work. As corporate body, we have therefore evolved polices towards the affairs of the community in which we work as follows:
- Pay homage to the host community before the mobilization to site for any job.
- Maintain a good relationship with the host community in which we work at all times.
- Participate to the best of our ability in their development programmes.
- Respect their culture and tradition by obeying and paying attention to their laws and customs.
- Evolve and maintain a line of communication with the host community or government even during periods of crisis by using the option of dialogue.
- Educate the community of any hazards posed by our Operations or products.
- Generally carry out our operations in such a way as to minimize any negative impact of our operation on the environment.
- Offer gainful employment to the youths of our host community, where feasible and appropriate.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION POLICY
At all times, MOEL shall continue to be guided on matters affecting the environment in which it operates. It will:
- Ensure that human wastes generated in and around work areas are adequately disposed according to client and statutory standards.
- Ensure that industrial waste such as oil, steels, scarp, etc. are properly disposed according to client and statutory standards.
- Ensure that, when used, industrial chemicals are handled by trained personnel and with standard approved equipment.
- Ensure that before commencements of work in any system, which has potentials for environment pollution, a client permit-to-work, as well as statutory permits are obtained. Also, emergency resources shall be mobilized “on-stand-by” for containment in the event of pollution.
- Investigate and report all operational incidents promptly according to client and statutory regulations.
- Train personnel in environment related matters.
- Encourage employee attitudes towards environmental conservation and discourage all acts capable of endangering our operations.
